With nearly 50 years in the roofing industry, Jeffery Lancaster Sr. is a true expert in his field. A Richmond Hill, GA native, he has led with distinction as President of the Roofing and Sheet Metal Contractors Association (2001–2003) and earned the prestigious Boone Noblitt Award from the Georgia Roofing Contractors Association in 2008. Jeffrey and his wife, Janice, have two children and six grandchildren. When he’s not on a roof, you’ll find him tending his yard, camping, or playing golf.
Jake grew up in the roofing industry and brings over 16 years of hands-on experience across service, production, and estimating. A U.S. Navy veteran, he’s known for his integrity, expertise, and ability to solve even the most complex roof challenges. Over the years, Jake has worked in nearly every facet of the trade - from fabricating metal and leading service crews to managing commercial projects and entire service divisions. Today, he leads Atacama Roofing’s Service Department with a focus on prompt response, clear communication, and dependable results.
With two decades in construction and roofing, Matt brings extensive experience in project management and client relations. His background as a business owner gives him a strong understanding of quality craftsmanship and operational excellence. Known for his clear communication and attention to detail, Matt ensures every project meets the highest standards. Outside of work, he enjoys golf, home projects, and time with his wife and two children.
Hannah is dedicated to providing exceptional customer service and building lasting client relationships. She manages contracts, insurance documentation, and warranties with precision, ensuring every detail is handled efficiently. Known for her responsiveness and organizational skills, Hannah keeps projects on track and clients informed. She enjoys spending time with her family and soaking up the coastal life.
